This Service Agreement outlines the terms and expectations for your Soul Restoration Session with Heal with Julia (“Provider”). By completing your purchase, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of the Work

Soul Restoration is an energetic and intuitive healing session intended to support your emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing. While powerful, this work is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable and non-reschedulable unless due to emergency and at Provider’s discretion.

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the session is purchased.

3. Confidentiality

All personal information shared before, during, or after the session will be held in confidence, unless disclosure is required by law. Notes may be taken for practitioner use only and will not be shared or stored publicly.

4. Energetic Boundaries & Expectations

  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and integration after the session.

  • Provider offers support from a grounded, trauma-aware place and expects respectful communication at all times.

  • This session does not guarantee specific outcomes, as every individual’s experience and healing process is unique.

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials shared during or after the session are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

6. Agreement

By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and understand the nature of this offering.
