1. Scope of Service

You are purchasing a single 60-minute Somatic Breathwork Journey session with Julia. This session is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and body-based healing through guided breathwork.

This is not therapy. This session is a guided somatic experience intended to support your personal healing journey.

2. Scheduling + Communication

You will be contacted within 24 hours of purchase to schedule your session. Sessions are conducted virtually unless otherwise arranged.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or no-show appointments will not be refunded.

3. Payment + Refund Policy

Payment is due in full at time of purchase. Due to the energetic and time-based nature of this work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your session may be rescheduled once, as long as 24-hour notice is given.

4. Client Responsibility

Breathwork can be intense and activating. You agree to listen to your body, rest as needed, and only participate to your level of capacity. You understand this work may bring up emotional experiences, and that your well-being is your responsibility during and after the session.

You agree that Julia is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes as a result of your participation.
